Toyota Transponder key programing

Does anyone know if I can "on board program" my new aftermarket transponder key to my '03 Sienna XLE ? (I do have one master and I've found several step by step guides) There seems to be some confusion between the different sources online, and I havn't been sucessful following them yet. (as I did w/ the remote fobs!) Just want to make sure it can be done before spending anymore time on it

Thanks for taking the time.

REGISTRATION OF ADDITIONAL MASTER KEY
It is possible to register up to 7 master key codes including the already registered key code.

Make sure all doors are closed:

Insert already registered master key in the key
cylinder

Depress and release the acceleration pedal 5
times.

Depress and release the brake pedal 6 times,
and remove the master key.

Insert key to be registered in key cylinder.

Depress and release the acceleration pedal 1
time. (Security indicator blinks)

The registration mode completes After 60 sec. The
Security light will go out.

Perfect, thanks! The other method that was supposed to work was very similar, but not exactly the same.

2004 Transponder programming

I read your message about programming a 2003 Toyota Sienna transponder key.
I have a 2004 Sienna, does the same programming work for it also?
Thanks

Sorry

The 2004 is different and can only be programed with the Toyota Handheld tester. Looks like you will have to go to the Dealer.

Is it possible to program duplicate keys for a 2005 Corolla? If so, what are the steps?
