2004 Malibu Classic

It seems lately when I'm travel on unlevel roadways I get a rattling noise from the passenager side front end. Can anyone offer and suggestion on what to look at? The chevy Malibu classic has 45,000 miles on it.

If you have hub caps remove them sometimes the tabs get weak.Just a thought pretty low miles still should be under warranty if it turns out to be more serious.

Lot's of stuff can cause the noise you describe...a bad strut mount, a bad strut, loose brake components, a loose heat shield on the exhaust, loose steering or suspension components, etc. You really should get up under there and have a look to see if everything it as it should be. Also pull the wheel off and inspect the wheel, brake system, etc.
