Water in turn signal, 99 camaro

I have a 99 camaro, v6, standard trans. The passenger side front turn signal keeps literally blowing up as water is getting inside. How do I fix this? The blinker works fine as long as the weather isn't rainy or foggy for too many days lol.

While this may sound overly simplistic, remove the turn signal housing, find where the water is entering by partially immersing it on a sink full of water, dry it out and then seal the leak with silicone adhesive.

With it being a turn signal I can assume it's made out of plastic (unlike some headlight housing that made out of glass) Drill a small hole in the lowest part of the lens where the water has collected. It will keep the water from collecting and prevent the lense from fogging over on those rainy days.

A little unconventional, but effective.
