water out of tailpipe

Was wondering if that is okay. I have a 97 plymouth voyager and noticed yesterday whenthe vehicle was sitting idle in the driveway for 10 or 15 minutes that their was a wet spot under the tale pipe. I notice it dripping out when I stood their and watched it for a while. What causes this and is it normal. It was towards dusk when it was a little cooler outside (70 deg.) Thanks

The only real concern with moisture in the exhaust is when you have a bad head gasket or other leak/crack in the motor. This would cause a lot of white smoke.

Yours sounds like condensation which is nothing to worry about.

no smoke of any kind coming from the motor. however, I do have to add about a quart or so of coolant every month to it. it's been this way for a year or so.

Have you been able to determine where the coolant is going? You need to check for leaks or is it going out the overflow?
Antifreeze has a unique smell which may point you in the right direction if you don't see it right off.
