Take off rear door inside door panel to check window motor

1990 Honda Accord LX, 4 dr, AT, 168,505 miles. Recently, both of my rear driver and passenger side windows (power window) can't be raised up sometimes when car is stop. If car is moving, it will raise up, but seems difficult. I search this forum and found it might be cured by spread WD-40 on the glass rails, but still not easily to raise up. Does anyone know what the problem is? I also tried to open inside door panel and I followed the instruction in Haynes manual (only show the driver side). I un-screw a total of 3 screws that I can find and still can't take off panel. Is there a trick or direction to take off this panel? Thanks!

Most door panels have hidden clips that hold the panel in place. You should be able to take a putty knife [or any flat bar] and gently pry the panel loose. The clips aren't always reuseable but replacements can be found at most auto part stores.

Being that they go up on accelleration I would check my battery voltage and alternator. If neither is failing I would remove the door panel , check inside the armrest for screws . Some models have an armrest that pushes to the left revealing hidden screws. remember, pull the bottom out and the top up
