Red face Ford Focus interior light replacement

Hi-
I have a Ford Focus, and the interior light went out. On the top of the car is a grey thing, and it could be in that, but I don't want to rip the top of the car trying to get to it. Can anyone tell me how to get to the bulb?
Thanks!!

Most interior lights are squeeze type. If you gently squeeze the shade it will come out. Inside should be the bulb. replace it.

Arrow For Focus

I have tried genly squeezing the dome light, but it starts to come out of the roof mold. I am not sure it is supposed to do that, and am gun shy.

Does the light have a trim or frame with the lens inside of the trim. If so, just squeeze the lens to disconnect the tabs. It should come out - maybe one side at a time.
