Unhappy fuel filter on a 1996 toyota Camry

hi guys I have a fuel filter on a 1996 toyota Camry trouble I can't get the bottom line off can someone help me in this area

Some cars, I know most newer Fords anyways need a special tool which release a metal clamp on the hose. This tool can be purchased at your local Autozone for like $10 I think. I had to get one when I was replacing my fuel filter on my 96 Ford Ranger.

sounds about right. You push the wrech back into the flared fitting and it releases the fitting from the filter.

Negative Batman; Toyota uses regular threaded fittings, BUT they are are bear to get at and turn. Also helps if you remove a few of the obsturctions around it.

Scratching my head on that one. Once the fittings are broke loose they should spin right off.

how does the nut come down and does the gas line just fall out or does it have to be pulled on to come out
what ever happen to the old filters lol
