Check all fuses first if you haven't already done that. For the slow drain, first remove the negative battery cable and allow the vehicle to sit for however long you would normally have noticed the drain. Reconnect the cable and check to see if the batery has mainteained voltage. This will eliminate the cause as the battery having a slow internal discharge. Next would be to remove fuses until the drain stops. Be sure you have a diagram of what size fuses go in which circuits so you get the proper fuses back in. When you narrow down the circuit with the drain you can track down the problem from a starting point.
