Unhappy 89 Chevy Cavalier 2 Litre No spark

I need help. I own a 1989 chevy cavalier 2.0 Litre. My car was running just fine then it quit. It now has no spark. It has the distributorless ignition system. I have been told that it could be the crankshaft position sensor or the ignition modual. My question is where is the crankshaft position sensor located and how do you test it? Is it hard to replace? Please help me

Under hood, center, rear engine area, below ignition coil pack and DIS module, mounted in engine block. Will have a wiring harness attached. The part is only like $17. Might as well replace it.
