Angry 96 camaro rs 3800

Hi guys, I have a purge flow valve fault. Auto part place says there is no evap cannister in this year car. Book tells me there is. Can someone tell me where it is and how to replace valve.Thanks.

On some cars, you just need to retighten the gas cap and reset the ECU. Try doing this. Reset the ECU by disconnecting battery for a few hours.

Would be pretty hard to get a purge valve fault on a vehicle with no cannister. Here's some info:
