'99 Windstar inner tie rods and lower ball joints

'99 Windstar 3.8 autotrans cargo van
Got new tires and they said it needs inners and lowers
Alldata seems to be a little short on the procedure to replace the inners...and the lowers
Is either a do-able DIY job?
Thanks in advance for any tips, tricks, suggestions, or solutions

You can do it if you have the tool to unscreww the inner tie rod with........Off the top of my head I'm not sure if the lower ball joints are pressed or entire control arms
The biggest pain in the rump is usually the metal bands on the inside of the steering rack to access the inner end.........I use plastic tie wraps going back in......There really is no "stress" on the boots

Thanks wrench,
I know on the up-to-'98 models it was the whole control arm
AZ has a PN# for the "lower ball joint" for '99s
They are over 80 bucks each so I'm not sure what that means

I haven't been able to find a PN# for the inners
I'm not sure whether it'd be easier to replace the inners, or the whole rack
