Unhappy Remove Ceiling Panel in a Chevy Aveo

The Chevy Aveo has a dome light, but unfortunately it's up in the front so if you need a light in the backseat it's a flashlight or nothing...

This seems unacceptable, so I was hoping to install a second dome light in the back, however I am having a terrible time taking off the ceiling panel. I was curious if anyone had any tips... I took out anything screwed into the panel, and pulled out the gray circles that seem to be keeping the panel in, but it seems to be stuck to the roof.

Is there a good way to remove the ceiling panel without damaging the car and the panel, or am I getting in way over my head?

Anyone with any experience would be of great help!

You should be able to get the after market light, cut the hole in the headliner, and fish the wires with either a coat hanger or suitable substitute without removing the whole headline?

Hmmm, that's true, but I also wanted to stick an iPod case up towards the front so that:
a) I have a good place to put my iPod and it doesn't slide all over the place.
b) I get good reception from the fm transmitter.

So I thought I'd have to take the headline down...
