If your car is not overheating, the fans are working fine. They only come on when the engine temp is hot enough to call for added cooling beyond what passes thru the radiator as you drive. Switch your interior heating controls to maximum cooling and they may kick on.

The fans will (are supposed) to come on at about 230 degrees........Real hot...They also should run when the A/C is operating, which is the easy way to check them.......If they are NOT on with A/C.........check the fans for power (power in grnd out=bad motor).......If there is no power it's back to the relays........The relays are controlled by the ECM when it either see's A/C request or high temp
