Head torque values for '96 dodge grand caravan

Hi:

I'm trying to find out the torque for the head bolts and the rocker arm for a '96 Dodge Grand Caravan 3 litr, (has air conditioner). I'm trying to get my engine back together and this is standing between myself and greatness. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
