No Brake lights on a 2001 Chevy Blazer

The problem started a couple of weeks ago, the remote starter would not shut off when pressing the brake pedal. I've pulled the remote starter out to eliminate it, and still no brake lights
I've checked the bulbs and fuse on the fuse box, both are good. Replaced the brake switch. Tested the wires on the brake switch, I am not getting any power to the white brake switch wire, which according to GM is the wire that feeds the brake lights when the pedal is pressed. I'm thinking there is another fuse somewhere I need to be looking at,,,,
Anyone have suggestions??????

It may be the multifunction switch. Check this recall at:
