1998 neon cooling fan not working fueses are good but fan does not come on what could be the cause or what could i do as a test.

changed sensor checked fan and circit fan still does not work help find problem

Are you overheating?

Fans will only come on if the car reaches near the hot limit and/or the A/C is on.

Turn your A/C on and see if it works then.

One way of testing it is to disconnect the plug at the fan, and run two wires directly to the battery. If the fans dont work that way, you have a dead fan.

Check all you fuse panels for a fan relay, also; it could be bad.
