97 Ranger, right brakes stuck and pedal is spongy

I bought a used Ranger ('97 4-cyl) recently from a private party, and soon after I found both passenger side brakes front and back were mildly stuck (the wheels get warm after highway driving.)

-The pedal is also very spongy.
-The seller indicated some brake work was done recently.
-The ABS light comes on, unless I depress the brake while starting the car.

I think there is either air in the lines or an obstruction in the lines. Is it coincidence that the problem is both right side wheels? Thanks in advance for any probable causes you can think of.

-Jim

Sounds like they need a good bleeding. Looks like the previous owner did their own brake job and didn't complete the job right.
