2002 Hyundai Sonata
I am getting ready to change the oil on a 2002 Sonata.
Can anyone tell me if there is a washer on the drain plug and if it has to be replaced like my Toyota drain plug.

Yes, it should. Gasket does not have to be replaced everytime you get an oil change. Change it if it looks crushed, cut, or you are having oil leak problems.
