On Rangers usually the fuel pump relay is located somewhere close to the battery under a little black box(abuot 1" by 5"), undernieth this box you will find 2 or 3 relays. The green one is your fuel pump relay. Get a new one at your local parts houe. P.S. This is a very common problem with Ford trucks. MAXCHEVY

Max isn't lyin to ya bud.................Usually by the outer fuse panel wherever they put the ALDL..........there will be 2 somewhat large square relays sitting side by side. The black one is the EEC relay, lights up your computer systems.......the green one is the fuel pump relay
