You don't say if the blower is working but I'm guessing it is. Check your coolant level first. If it is normal, your thermostat is stuck open.

Check to see if the valve is opening when you turn on the heater. Is the valve manual or operated by vacuum? If the valve does not open no heat. Another way to check to see if coolant is flowing feel the hoses to the heater core to see if they are warm/hot. If not coolant is not flowing to the heater core. If they are warm/hot you have a door in the heater box under the dash the is not opening. That could be as simple as a vacuum leak if it is operated by vacuum.

If the problem is not what Goldstar said it could be the impeller on the water pump. Have you notice if the jeep coolant is get hotter than normal. If so it could be by a small chance the water pump impeller is loose on the shaft. This happen to one of my cars years ago.

Also,
Remove your "blower motor" fuse from the panel for 10 mins. Then reinstall fuse and start Jeep for 5 minutes. This will cailbrate the blend door in your car. Usually this fuse is a green 30amp type.
