Volvo engine mount

I have a 2002 Volvo S80 T6. At my 45K maintenance, the dealer told me my upper engine mount was worn and needed to be replaced (apparently this is a common problem on these cars). They wanted $200 to do it.

The part runs about $60 online. Here are my questions:

1) Does the whole mount need to be replaced or can I just replace the rubber bushings in the mount? The bushings are what is worn, but I didn't know if there was a special tool or procedure to replace just the bushings.

2) If I can replace just the bushings, I have seen some aftermarket polyurethane bushings online. They are supposed to last longer than the rubber ones. Has anyone had any experience with these?

Definetly go with the poly bushings. Sometimes you can just replace the bushing without the mount, but might as well get it replaced then. The dealers will probably charge the same amount. You could do this yourself if you have a engine hoist or tranny lift to support the motor will the mount is off.
