pontiac 1190 bonneville se-missing when motot on pull
My wife bonneville misses when going up an incline. Especially on long rides or on cruise c.. Stepping on the gas makes it run better again. EGR vavle was replaced and helped but didn,t completely solve problem. It feels like the transmission slips but am pretty sure it is the engine. Oops it,s a 1996 model.

Have you replaced your spark plugs and wires lately?
I was just having a similar problem with my wife's p.o.s. Stratus. It felt like it was the tranny when going highway speed or inclines. It turned out to be a split vacuum hose. Check ALL your hoses and connections to make sure the hose is not cracked, split, missing, off.
