2000 taurus won't start

2000 taurus 175,000 miles. 3.0 ohv . wouldn't start this morning. code reader shows: secondary air flow, cyls 3 & 4 misfire. not sure what secondary air flow consists of. replaced ignition coil pack, no difference. last tune up about 7-8 months ago by prof. shop. fuel pump replaced about 2 years ago. any ideas greatly appreciated.

Then disregard my posts. I don't know what the code would mean.

Well, that's a new one on me. I've worked one Fords since 1978 and have never seen an ECT sensor cause a no start.

Had that about a year ago on my wrecker (GM OBD-I); drove us crazy for a few hours, but we ultimately discovered a code that pointed right to at (didn't check codes until blowing a couple of hours of troubleshooting time, duh). Strange on this one that the code came up "secondary air flow, cyls 3 & 4 misfire". Gotta love those 'trons.
