can anyone give me some tip on replaing my window lift motor.
the replacement has limited vague instructions. the regulator seems to work ok it appears the gear is stripped. the instructions say to make sure and lock the regulator before removing the motor...???? help

I'm not familiar with the Voyager. For any car, I usually have no problem replacing the window lift motor. Just remove the door panel, and usually I can figure out how to take the motor out. Sometimes removal involves drilling out rivets and reinstalling with either new rivets or with small nut/bolt assemblies.
"Lock the regulator" probably means you need to find some way to keep the glass element from dropping down when you unbolt the motor.
