Red face clutch safety switch

I just bought a Honda Crx '91 , had to have ignition rewired it was on a start button to prevent theft and it started fine until i took it on a 70 mi journey....
on my third stop ...no start. All lights and buzzers come on , no clicking of starter , nothing, and its a brand new starter. Any ideas other then the clutch safety switch??

You can rule out the clutch switch by pushing the switch in manually with your hand. It will be akward, but if it starts when you press it, there's your problem. Sometimes these switches get worn down enough that the clutch pedal cannot engage it. It will be mounted on or near your clutch pedal.

What HotinOKC said, just wanna ad one little thing, sometime pulling the floor mat/carpet out would helps too if they were pushed in too far and stop the clutch pedal's traveling.
