'98 Fored Windstar strut binding
My 98 Windstar front strut turn table bearing keeps binding allowing the coil spring to drag in the turn table when I make turns.
The struts were replaced last summer and are a complete unit not just the cartridge and they are out of warranty by this time.
So my question is what is the best way to loosen up this turn table bearing.

just replace it probably should of been done when the struts was changed.
check for a strut mounting kit it should include the plastic roller bearing.
you can copy and paste the link below if you want to see one while your lacal dealer or parts store would probably have it or be able to get it for you.

Supposedly the turn tables were new.
I was just wondering if anybody had any success with spraying the bearing with WD40 or something to buy some time or loosening the top nut a little.
We're in the midst of a cold snap, single digits outside temp.
I don't do anything other than oil changes on the cars when it's this cold unless I have to.
