Turn Signal Error
when the turn signals are turned on in either direction nothing on the dash board lights up. none of the lights in the back or the front of the car work either. the fuses are fine, the light bulbs are fine, and the relay switch was fine also. inside of the steering column there is another switch i think, but the problem is that i cant get at it. and im pretty sure that its the switch inside of the steering column. its a 1991 buick Le Sabre with the 3800. is the problem what i think it is? and if so what can i do to get to the switch?
