dodge truck electrical question

hi,I have a 1984 ram 150 318,today went to start it and it spun over but
would not hit,I noticed the gauges not working either,then tried the headlights..nothing? I cleaned the terminal ends and wires entering terminal
i just drove it two days ago ran fine,I;m sure it;s something like a shorted wire but thought I'd ask before I start troubleshooting to see if someone could save me some time..thank's

check the ground body to moter

1995 Dodge Caravan rough shifts

You were such a help before, that now I've got another one for you! For Christmas, my boys bought me a 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan (the long one) and when they test drove it, it drove fine. (It has an automatic transmission) My son took the battery out to move another car, and when he put it back in, the car shifts into second with a really hard, rough shift. (So much so that hubby thought he hit something!) If you drive very slowly, it will shift ok, and then it's fine. My youngest said that he read on the internet somewhere that the computer had to 'relearn' to shift, but how long does it take for it to 'relearn'? (I only drive short distances.) Or, is my transmission going? (I sure hope not!) Help!!!!! CandyRead More
