99' Outback Wagon?
I drive a 99 subaru outback wagon. i was wondering if someone can tell me how to rewire the headlites so the parking lites and the fog lites run at the same time while having the head lites off.

You will have to gain access to the FOG LIGHT relay. You will have to remove the fuse/relay housing to gain access to underneith the relay (where all the wires connect). You will then cut one of the wires (usually it's yellow) and splice that cut wire into another wire that has power. It's hard to tell you exactly without have the wiring schematic on hand.
