coolant fan runs all the time

I have 97 Z 28 Irock the coolant fan runs all the time, even after the key is shut off . what is the problem and how can I fix it.

You might have a bad cooling fan relay. Follow the wire from the fan and it should go directly to the relay socket. If you see another relay nearby that looks the same, pull it out install it into the socket with the questionable relay and see if that solves the problem.

Grinding noise at 1500 rpm's

I know its hard to diagnose something like this on the internet but I thought maybe you guys could give me some ideas. For about a week or 2 now I have been hearing a metal grinding noise coming from the engine area when the rpm's are at 1500. If its above or below 1500 there is no noise. I dont really notice it while I am driving, its most noticable first thing in the morning when the car is idle. You do not hear the noise until the engine is reved to 1500 and once its over 1500 it stops. I dont really think its the transmission but its hard to tell. Any ideas on what could cause this.
