97 Chev.Venture van: horn & pwr driver seat

hi everyone!

anyone know the location of the horn on this van? fuse ok, fuse box & horn each make a "thumping" sound when steering wheel or key-fob pressed. sounds like horn is located under the air filter box or driver side fender?? anyway, gotta replace horn cuz it's like my ex brother in law....it don't work!

power driver seat on this doesn't work either. fuses all look ok, even after swapping them. anyone know how to adjust this seat manually? it's set way too close to wheel & pedals for me!

thanx!

Have you tried calling the dealer or parts store on horn location?

On the power seat can you find the motor and are you capable of basic troubleshooting skills where first you determine if power is getting to the motor? No?: Then fuse, wire or switch problem. Or, if power DOES get to the motor, and then you are able to test and see if the motor is bad?

horns are in the inner fender both sides there is a high and a low tone so both should be replaced and the power seat gotta check for power and ground to the seat motors first find out that first could be an easy fix also the motors could be replaced with ones from junk yard to adjust you will need to remove seat from vehicle remove motor and can be adjusted back by turning the cable that goes into the motor alot of hassle and at that point might just fix the problemwhen its out
