Post No Heat or Dash Controls on 200 Grand Caravan

I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan, 6 cylinder, automatic transmission, and the problem we are having is that we have no heat (7 degrees outside!) and none of the controls (heat, A/C, rear wipers) will respond.

I'm thinking that it is power to the dash, but where and how to I trouble shoot this?

Thanks,

Bryan, a computer geek who knows nothing about cars.

Are you saying the blower does not function or it blows cold air????..........if you lost a whole bunch of electrical accessories all at the same time i'd be looking for a fusible link......and of course check the fuse panel itself

re: 2000 caravan

I checked the fuses and they are all good. No cold or hot air blows. Is there another place to check for fuses beside the box under the dash on the drivers side?

Thanks,

Bryan
