is this a fuel pump problem? I changed spark plugs and fuel filter already and still having this occur. It starts fine and runs long enough for it to warm up then dies. If i put it in neutral and keep my foot on the gas then it wont die.. Please Help!
Make it as simple as possible if ya can me being a woman i know nothing about cars.

After you check for a vacuum leak, you might try cleaning the throttle body with some carb cleaner and an old toothbrush. With engine off, remove the plastic or rubber duct that connects the air filter housing to the throttle body (can find the throttle body by locating the throttle cable - it moves when you press the gas pedal). Look in the throttle body and you will see a round plate probably about 2" across. Hold the throttle open and blast both sides of the throttle plate and the throat of the body with card cleaner. Scrub everything good with the toothbrush and blast it again with the carb cleaner. Reassemble and give it a try. Post back if that helps.

Ok, I cleaned the throttle body out with carb cleaner and used a toothbrush on it. When putting it in reverse or drive it dies. It drives fine, sounds good. When coming to a stop sign or to turn onto another street I need to have one foot on the gas and one on the break or it dies. Please HELP! I bet it is something simple or at least I hope it is.

When it's just idling, is the idle speed really low before it stalls or does it idle at a decent rpm but then die? I'm thinking the idle speed needs to be bumped up a little, but make sure you have checked all the vacuum lines first as Bill first suggested.
Here's info on adjusting the idle speed, it gets a little technical:
