No Heat
1990 Jeep Cherokee laredo 6 cylinder in line 4 liter with air.
During the warm months, it run a bit hot, and during the cold weather I have no heat. In addition the fan is not working either.
I have 186,000 miles on it runs great and starts everytime.
Any ideas?

check this
Check thermostat first that is the most easy and the one with little cost. Sounds like it is stuck open.
