How do you remove the right front exterior panel basically the fender?

Looks for any screws holding it on!
Sometimes and most of the time, it's tack welded on and requires a cutting wheel to remove.
I would look in your engine bay area along the outside to see if it's held on by screws there.
You will have to remove front bumper as well most likely.
