Hello All,
After i put in Power Steering fluid, i started the car and it started leaking and i think it leaked all of it so i appreciate if anyone lead me in the right direction as to diagnose the problem and how to locate the pump, hose, and filter and what and how to detach the hoses, pump or filter to fix it.
I am really looking forward to any suggestions please.

You need to located the source first. The power steering pump will be attached on or near your steering shaft.
Most commonly, the rack and pinion leaks, if so, only real fix is to replace.

Thanks for your response. How much it usually cost to replace with parts and labour?
How difficult it is if i replace it myself?
Do you have the diagram or something to refer to understand how Power steering pump and other stuff is linked?

Labor costs depend on location. I have replaced a rack n pinion before and it was not fun at first. Some vehicles require the lowering of the front crossmember which can be time consuming. It is a two person job, especially when it's time for it to go back in. It takes two people to line up the stearing knuckle going through the firewall.
Here's a basic description of how it works.

About 70% of the time it's the high pressure hose that leaks.........Especially if it dumps its whole load rapidly...........Fill the system...........have someone start the car and turn the wheel while you observe with a flashlight .......If you can (and I know on a Lincoln it's tough cause they bury everything so well)follow the lines fron the pump to the steering rack

Thanks for your response. I did fill up to the max level and started the car and all of the Fluid was rapidly leaked as i looked under the car i see all the fluid flowing. I turned the car off and check the PS fluid reservoir and it was almost empty.
I will check more and let you all know.
Thanks Again

Leak
If you are leaking power steering fluid it could be a couple things. We will start with the cheapest is to check all the hoses, if thats not it, then you might want to replace the power steering pump, and if thats not it the most expensive would be you are leaking fluid from the rack & pinion which is probably at least $1000 to get fixed.
