1995 Neon Blower fan

I have a 1995 Neon with about 98000 miles on it. Yesterday the blower motor quit, but along with it, the power locks don't work and when you put the headlights on, the dash lights over the temp. control area go out. I checked all the fuses and all are good. I saw a piece on the internet about maybe a drain being blocked and the blower motor not working so I checked that and it's open. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Joe

Sounds like you have a bad ground wire somewhere. Check both your battery cables for corrosion. Look under the dash and see if someones foot snagged a wire and broke. Does not sound like the blower motor itself if you are having these other electrical issues.

Also check for fuses under the hood if there is an electrical center there

You have a bad ground behind or under the dash. Check drivers and passengers kick panels fo the main dash grounds
