Scoupe Clutch Repair

I have a '95 Hyundai Scoupe (1.5, no turbo). The clutch is slipping badly. When I engage it, it takes some time before it begins to pull with full power. The RPMs go up more quickly than the car accelerates. It began rather suddenly today. I have some questions.

1. Is there an adjustment on this clutch that I can make?

2. Is it very difficult to change this clutch and what are some trouble spots?

3. Is there something else that could be causing the problem?

Your clutch needs to be replaced. Does it smell bad when you try and pull away? It usually requires the removal of a crossmember, possible removal of exhaust, and the dropping of the transmission. If you attempt to do it yourself, get yourself a Chiltons AND Haynes manual. You can rent most of the tools from Autozone type places if you need too. It will take some time to do this.
