!! thunderbird sc hard to start! surging!
i have a 89 tbird sc and it has becoem hard to start and when it does it will surge from time to time at idle and all speeds. i really need help with this...
replaced the egr valve and o2 sensors and no change

Could be a vacuum leak. Try spraying WD40 or carb cleaner around the mating surfaces of the intake, throttle body,vaccum line connections, etc. to see if you get any change in rpms when it acts up.
Also check the automatic transmission modulator for leaking if you have the auto tranny.
