knocking noise

My 1998 Acura Integra makes knocking noise when accellerate before engine warm up. Usually it lasts about 2 minutes, then the noise goes away when the engine starts warming up. The noise is louder and last longer when the wheather is colder.
I replaced the spark plugs and air filter, but the problem is still the same.
Any idea what cause that and what I need to do?
I appreciate your help. Thanks.

things to check

First I would make sure oil level is good and second I would make sure you are using correct grade oil for your honda. Too thick of oil when cold is not good.

Follow michael_vans instructions. Also, fill up using premium grade fuel for a tank or two and see if it goes away. If no results from the oil and gas, your rocker arms are getting weak.

Knock...right? Not a tick...right?

Also what comes to mind is too-far advanced on timing. Cars should retard upon full load throttle. Maybe yours is not.
