Replace transmission modulator
Any helps out there for the correct procedure to get at the
modulator in a 92 Ford Explorer would be helpful. Thanks

Real tight up there eh????..I've done a few. I usually unbolt the cross member and let the trans rear hang a little.......Give you a tad more room to sneak up there.........Try to do it cold as you will be working "up close and personal" with the cat convertor (HOT!!!! if the engine has been run)..........One last item..........Inside the trans/modulator will be a small thin rod...........DON'T LOSE IT!!!!! You reuse it with the new modulator
