2000 Jeep Sport chocolate milk in coolant system

Help , 2nd to 3rd time in a year there is muddy coolant in system,this after 2 flushes. also noticed low level at same time ? Anyone see this ?

Not good!

Sounds like you have a bad head gasket or cracked cylinder wall allowing oil and your antifreeze to mix.

How does the OIL look????.............If oil is getting into the coolant,Coolant should be getting into the oil..........Not good news

your getting oil into the cooling system somewhere.does the cap have the muddy choc milk on it? it sounds to me as others mentioned head gasket or a cracked head
