#1 would be no oil, next.....clogged oil pump pickup screen, bad oil pump, engine sludged up. But bad sensors can indicate low oil pressure when that is not the case. Whatever the cause, DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE WITH NO OIL PRESSURE, it can get very expensive quickly. Many modern engines have a built in safety that will not allow the engine to run with low pressure.
