Relays are often located in the fuse block, which is usually under the dash on the drivers side, but there may also be one under the hood.

fuel pump location

I have a '87 Celebrity as a "winter" car. The fuel pump relay is located on the brace that holds the radiator.
Standing in front of the car, on your left side attached to the inside of the brace, are 3 or 4 relays (3 if you don't have a/c). The fuel pump relay is the one farthest to the left.
If you need further help, let me know.

my error

Sorry , I gave the wrong info.
The relay is located on the firewall next to the blower motor.
On a VIN W engine, there are 3 relays, 2 without A/c. The fuel pump relay is the one fartest to the right.
On a VIN R engine, there are 2 relays, 1 without a/c. the fuel pump relay is the one fartest to the left.
