Heater core in car was bypassed because it leaked. replaced it.
Now it constantly blows heat, even when it's set to be "off". Georgia summers to hot for this mess. Any help to diagnose and fix (again) this car?

It isn't the heater core. Maybe the cable that opens and closes the door [in the duct work] got disconnected. The problem is somewhere between the heat switch and the door.
