99 Ford E150 Bucks

On occasion my van bucks for about 15 seconds at about 50 - 60mph after driving a few miles from a cold start. After that, it's OK for the rest of the day. Any ideas?......................Thanks

My guess would be the torque converter lockup mechanism. That is about the speed where the converter is supposed lockup. Can't think of anything else speed related.

My wifes junky '01 Stratus did the same thing. We had to get the PCM reprogrammed and it went away.
