how do I remove Chevy S10 PU door panel
I don't see any visable screws to remove the door panel on my 1995 S10 PU. I just need to replace the outside mirror housing & can't find the info anywhere. Do i have to take off the whole door panel or is there a trick for just that piece on the door. The plastic broke that holds the screws to the door.

There is a special pliers-like tool for popping it loose, but any wide, flat instrument like a putty knife will work. Double check that there aren't any hidden fasteners. Often the armrest will be bolted through the panel into fasteners in the door skin. Also the window crank has to come off if it's manual windows.
