92 olds cutless
Raditor cooling fan will not run, I changed out fan sensor and it still will not run. car is over heating. How can I check the cooling fan motor to be sure it is or is not the cooling fan motor.

Disconnect the plug and apply 12 volts to one side, ground the other; it should run.
One cure to your problem is to wire it with a relay to run when the key is turned on and have it run continuously while the enigne is running, bypassing the sensors and computer.
