1991 ford tempo driving problem

1991 ford tempo driving problem

i have a 1991 ford tempo when i drive down the road at bout 60mph when i go on left hand curve i can feel a shimmy in the steering wheel it doesn't do that going on right hand curve any idea what could cause that anyone? ty

Wheel bearing.........Inner tie rod end worn.........out of round tire.........(although THAT would be evident in the straights too)

tempos (as well as most other ford front wheel drive products) tended to have a huge problem with the right outer tie rod end followed closely by the right inner tie rod socket.

that is where I would start.
