Welcome to the forums
Is it the flexable hose or the hard line?
Both should remove with the right sized wrench. The hard line often twists and breaks with removal but you're replacing it anyway [if that's the one leaking] You will need to know how long the hard line is so you can get the right size replacement. It will be straight so you may need a way of bending it. A tube bender is nice but if you don't have one you can use a spray can or anything round to bend it without kinking. They can look up the flexable line at the parts store.
